Warm apricot balls with just a hint of honey. They open deeper and richer early in the season, then gradually soften as the summer rolls on. The neat, well-formed blooms sit on great stems and last well once cut.
It produces a bumper crop right through summer and into autumn, and there's something about that colour that makes you want to put the kettle on...well I do!
